We are now adding microgreens to everything!

This process of growing microgreens in a sunny window is very nostalgic for me. We grew alfalfa sprouts on a stretched screen in the early 70s! Modern Growers has brought the process to the next level . So simple with such a variety of choices. They are an attractive and organic addition to any countertop. The process is simple and quick with almost instant results. We are adding microgreens to everything with radish being the favorite so far. Fool-proof for beginners

I've never done any sort of growing before but I'm always looking for ways to get more greens in my diet. The instructions were really easy to follow, and the breakdown of what to expect and when to water throughout the process was especially helpful. So far I've only tried the Green Goddess blend which is delicious (I'm a big fan of arugula) and looking forward to growing Emerald Bliss next!
